A judge in the Dorchester Division of the Boston Municipal Court vacated a restraining order issued against Attorney Goldenberg’s client. The client had not received notice of the hearing and the restraining order was issued in error when he did not appear for the hearing. Attorney Goldenberg filed a motion to reopen the hearing and convinced the judge to vacate the order.
