Following a thorough investigation, a Boston-area college has found that the sexual assault and harassment allegations made by 3 students against against my client were not supported. The representation was challenging since he was accused simultaneously by multiple complainants. Through careful representation, including lengthy interviews with my client, the school determined that none of the complaints, made by 3 friends with shared animosity towards my client, were proved by a preponderance of evidence.
