Firearm Suppressed in the Lowell District Court

A judge in the Lowell District Court allowed my motion to suppress a firearm located by police when they executed a search warrant on my client’s house. I argued in my motion that the Court should not have issued the search warrant based on the affidavit drafted by the police. Because the motion was allowed the government dismissed the case because they had no remaining evidence of possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
