Firearm Suppressed in the Lowell District Court

I argued in my motion that the Court should not have issued the search warrant based on the affidavit drafted by the police. Because the motion was allowed the government dismissed the case because they had no remaining evidence of possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
