After trial in the Middlesex Superior Court, Keren Goldenberg’s client was found not guilty of a sex offense that carried a mandatory minimum of ten years and a maximum of life imprisonment and was convicted of a less serious charge that carries a maximum of ten years and no mandatory minimum.
