Yesterday a jury in the Middlesex Superior Court in Lowell found my client not guilty on all indictments. He was accused of shooting another person and charged with Armed Assault with Intent to Murder, Assault and Battery by Discharging a Firearm, and firearm offenses. I am grateful that my client put his trust in me and with the jury for their careful consideration of the case.
